Terms of service

These terms apply to publishers, advertisers and visitors who use D14. D14 Ltd operates the platform as merchant of record for advert purchases made through D14 checkout.

Accounts

You must provide accurate contact details and keep your organisation’s websites under your control. We may suspend an account that is used to mislead visitors, abuse the delivery service, or create legal risk for other customers.

Publisher inventory

By installing the D14 embed you authorise D14 to request adverts for the hostnames you have verified. You remain responsible for the pages those placements appear on, including any house advert copy you supply.

Advertiser purchases

An order is a purchase of the named package on the named campaign. Delivery starts according to the campaign’s start rule after payment, and after publisher approval when the campaign requires it. Unused impressions or remaining days are not automatically refunded unless the publisher or D14 agrees a refund.

Fees

D14 charges a platform fee on each paid order. The fee is deducted before publisher proceeds are recorded in the ledger. Card payments are processed by Stripe.

Content

Advertisers must comply with the advertising policy. Publishers may reject or suspend any advert on their inventory. D14 may disable any advert or organisation that creates security, legal or reputation risk.
