Privacy information

D14 collects the least we can to run a multi-site advertising product. We do not build a cross-site advertising profile of visitors.

Publishers and advertisers

We store names, email addresses, organisation details, campaign copy, uploaded creatives, order records and a financial ledger. Login cookies are first-party on app.d14.net. Advertisers sign in with a mailed link rather than a password.

Visitors on publisher websites

The embed requests an advert from srv.d14.net. We see the calling hostname, a user-agent, an IP address used only to apply invalid-traffic filters and a short-lived frequency cap, and the measurement events the browser sends (rendered, viewable, click). Visitor hashes are salted and are not joinable across publishers. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Creatives and destinations

Uploaded images are stored on cdn.d14.net. Click redirects go through d14.net so we can count a validated click before sending the visitor to the advertiser’s destination. The destination URL is not given the publisher page as a referrer.

Retention

Aggregated hourly statistics are kept for reporting. Sampled raw events and audit rows are kept so a dispute can be investigated. You can ask us to close an account by emailing hello@d14.net.
